Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra


Yoga Nidra is the deepest form of relaxation while maintaining consciousness. It allows your body and mind to complete relax and thus rejuvenate your heart and soul. In Yin Yoga we find our appropriate edge, find stillness, and hold for time so that we may work the Chinese Meridian Lines  and restore the body to wellness.
