Kaitlin Jackson has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Outdoor Education. She also holds a Professional teaching license in Secondary Social Studies. She has spent over 300 days in the field as a Wilderness Therapy Guide, 5 years in the classroom as a teacher, and is a RYT-200hr and RPYT. She has significant experience working with both prenatal and postpartum students. Her calling is to hold scared space for people in times of struggle and in times of celebration, while they connect with their true nature of their inner light.
Each Yoga class and Outdoor Experience is tailored to the individual's physical and emotional needs. She has designed interesting and safe yoga classes for 80 year old men to pregnant mamas, to new mamas to kids and everything in between. Kaitlin has extensive training in anatomy and is always looking to learn more about the body and the impacts of yoga and exercise on the body.
EveryBODY has individual limits and needs. When we practice with an instructor they can guide us into listening to our body, knowing our body, and help us to find ways to deepen our practice safely.
